“I’m always training, always keeping myself in shape," said the 51-year-old Hopkins as he visited USC for a morning run. "I tell young guys: 'If you keep your body physically ready to go, you can transition right into preparation for a fight. You don’t have to spend half of camp trying to make your body look like a boxer’s.'"
Back to the Hotel
The two-time world champ heads back to his hotel to stretch and lift weights.
